 Encephalartos dolomiticus Lavranos & Goode

Taxonomic notes

Syn: Encephalartos verrucosus Robertse, Vorster & Van der Westhuizen. Both names were described in 1988, but E. dolomiticus came in earlier. Closely related to E. eugene-maraisii (1).

Remarks

Nearly extinct in the wild due to poaching; <20 plants in 1993 (1).
