Taxonomic notes

It seems to be most closely related to A. forrestii and is placed in section Pseudopicea, subsect. Delavayianae (1).

Range

China: N Guangxi. The type locality (and the only locality for which I have information) is in Rongshui Xian on Yuanbao Shan at 1700-2050 m elevation (1).
